Design-Build Projects

Malibu, California Residence

This 10,000+ square feet hillside home with ocean view is the result of 2 phases of construction. During the first phase, a 6,000 square feet of 2-story space was added onto the existing home. In the second phase, the interior of the original house went through a complete remodel including a brand new and open kitchen. Also a much more spacious and inviting foyer was created.

Encino, California Residence

Originally a 1,600 square feet ranch style home transformed into a 4,000 square feel home with a entirely new look. Although 80% of the original building was demolished, keeping most of existing foundation helped lowering the construction cost. The result was a new building without complete demolition and building from scratch.

Studio City, California Residence

The original garage wing was demolished and was redesigned to include a new expanded first floor and a new second story addition to the existing single story home. The design and construction challenge was to make it in such a way so the homeowners would be able to remain in the residence through out most of the construction process.

Woodland Hills, California Duplex

The challenge was to add to the original duplex, which was entirely made with concrete block walls. After a creative design solution, the final architecture is a much larger contemporary duplex with a complete new interior including new kitchens and baths. New esthetics and privacy were satisfactorily achieved in this project.

Encino Hills, California Residence

The owners of this home wanted a second story addition which blended in with the existing one-story house. This was achieved by strategically locating the new second floor over the first floor and modifying the existing roof lines. The original first floor went through some remodeling as well. During the extensive construction period, the homeowners only needed to move out of the home for a short period.
